The Creators series is a collection of t-shirts designed in partnership with players from Toronto FC. Each player had a hand in designing their own t-shirt, reflecting their hometown. One of the designs was a collaboration with Toronto’s Ashtone Morgan. The challenge was to create a graphic that showcased the urban nature of Toronto while paying tribute to the football club. The final design features tag-inspired typography for an edgy city connection and subtle icons like the star to symbolize the club’s first championship win. The initial concept illustration was my responsibility, and it was then passed on to the adidas Team department for final production. Production credit: Richard Campos.
